I am committed to collecting and handling your data in accordance with the 2016 General Data Protection Regulation.
In order to offer counselling and psychotherapeutic services, I will collect personal information from you for that purpose, including your contact details and availability.
This information is kept for 7 years from the end of the therapy and then destroyed.
I will not share your personal details with any other person or organisation without your knowledge and permission, unless there is a legal requirement, if there is a child or adult safeguarding issue, or a perceived risk of harm. A breach of confidentiality is when a person shares information with another in circumstances where it is reasonable to expect that the information will be kept confidential.
